Over breakfast, you’ll gain practical insights into Service Integration & Management (SIAM) and learn how companies successfully manage complex multi-provider environments. Our expert, Lorenz Schnöpf, will use concrete examples to demonstrate how theory and practice interact in everyday work and what added value SIAM brings to IT organizations.
