Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

We support companies in the B2B sector with software solutions from select partners, as well as services related to SIAM and ITSM. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Service Delivery Management—someone who not only reliably manages services but also actively helps shape their design, development, and integration within complex service landscapes. Experience in IT Service Management, a solid understanding of service architecture, and a passion for customer-focused responsibilities are particularly important for this role. Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the reliable operation and further development of services in complex service landscapes
- You serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service, quality, and SLA issues
- They analyze existing service setups, identify opportunities for optimization, and use these insights to develop clear target scenarios for services, interfaces, and responsibilities.
- You will oversee service reviews, KPI reports, and continuous improvement initiatives
- You will actively help shape service concepts and service architectures by translating business requirements, operating models, interfaces, and customer needs into viable service structures
- You will contribute to implementation, migration, and optimization projects in the service management field and, depending on your experience, also assume coordinating responsibilities or independently manage projects and work packages—particularly when service design, role models, interfaces, or operational processes are being further developed
- They coordinate internal teams as well as external partners and suppliers
- You will provide ad hoc support for presales activities, requests for proposals, and proposal concepts
Your Profile
- You have solid hands-on experience in IT service management, ideally in service delivery management or a similar customer-focused role
- You have good to in-depth knowledge of ITIL and experience with common ITSM tools
- You have experience managing client projects and stakeholder relations, and are accustomed to effectively coordinating with various internal and external contacts
- You have experience or a solid foundation in service design and service architecture and can integrate business requirements, technical constraints, and operational processes into clear service models; experience in project management is also strongly preferred
- Previous experience with presales, proposal support, or customer-focused solution concepts is a plus
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and have a strong focus on service and customer satisfaction
- You communicate clearly and confidently with customers, partners, and internal contacts
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English, which allows you to communicate confidently in your day-to-day work

Salary
The collective bargaining agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of €55,356.00 for this position, based on 14 monthly payments. Depending on qualifications and experience, we are willing to offer a competitive salary above the market rate.

Software Engineer (m/f/d) – Focus on ITSM

Your Responsibilities
- Customization and configuration of ITSM software solutions to meet individual customer requirements
- Analysis of customer needs and their implementation as technical adjustments
- Close collaboration with internal teams and external contacts (e.g., customers, partner companies)
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and technical specifications
Your Profile
- Completed HTL training (IT, networking, etc.) or a bachelor's degree in computer science
- We expressly welcome entry-level candidates
- Initial practical experience gained through internships in the IT field is a plus
- Basic knowledge of IT service management processes (e.g., ITIL) and software architecture is desirable
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work

Salary

Sales and Marketing Assistant (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Active involvement in sales: approaching customers, providing support, and building relationships
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals and presentations
- Support in implementing marketing initiatives and digital campaigns
- Use of digital tools to support sales and marketing processes (e.g., CRM systems, automation, data analysis)
- Analysis of sales and marketing data to identify strategic actions
- Contributing to the further development of digital sales and marketing strategies
Your Profile
- A completed or discontinued degree (university, university of applied sciences, technical college) in IT, business informatics, or business administration with an IT focus
- High level of motivation and initiative
- A strong desire to prove oneself in the business world and to take on responsibility
- Interest in sales, customer service, digital solutions, and marketing
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and an entrepreneurial mindset
