The Presentation: Operating Model for SIAM

Why SIAM Needs a Clear Operating Model

Many organizations today work with multiple external providers, internal teams, and various services. SIAM is designed to make this landscape manageable. In practice, however, there is often a lack of a binding framework: Who decides, who delivers, and who measures? The consequences are duplication of effort, lengthy escalation processes, and a lack of transparency among providers.
