The Serview Summit has been an established meeting place for people who are intensively involved in IT service management and related topics for many years. We will also be attending this year and are looking forward to being there.

The Serview Summit brings together experts, practitioners and decision-makers from IT service management. In addition to an extensive congress program, the accompanying expo is a central component of the event. Numerous providers, tool manufacturers and solution providers are represented with their own stands and showcase the latest developments, approaches and tools. Many of our partners, such as HaloITSM, Lomnido, Xurrent and ONEiO, will also be represented as exhibitors and sponsors at Serview 2026.
This close connection between theory, practice, well-known solutions, and people creates a setting in which key ITSM topics can not only be presented, but also discussed and put into context directly.
Why we are attending Serview
We are looking forward to being on site during our stay in Germany, and one thing is particularly important to us: time for professional exchange, primarily through conversations.
From our perspective, Serview provides exactly the right setting for this. Conversations here arise not only between program items, but also through direct exchange with other participants, speakers, and exhibitors. As mentioned above, some of our partners will also be represented on site, which makes us all the more pleased to seek dialogue, deepen the exchange, and accompany and support our partners as part of the event.
It is precisely these conversations that enable the community to share individual experiences, get to know different perspectives, and reflect on shared topics in a larger group.
