The Serview Summit has been an established meeting point for many years for people who engage intensively with IT service management and related topics. We will also be attending on site this year and are looking forward to being there in person.

Focus on IT Service Management
The Serview Summit brings together experts, practitioners, and decision-makers from IT service management. In addition to an extensive conference program, the accompanying expo is a central part of the event. Numerous vendors, tool manufacturers, and solution providers are represented with their own booths and showcase current developments, approaches, and tools. Many of our partners, such as HaloITSM, Lomnido, Xurrent, and ONEiO, will also be represented at Serview 2026 as exhibitors and sponsors.
This close connection between theory, practice, well-known solutions, and people creates a setting in which key ITSM topics can not only be presented, but also discussed and put into context directly.
Why we are attending Serview
We are looking forward to being on site during our stay in Germany, and one thing is particularly important to us: time for professional exchange, primarily through conversations.
From our perspective, Serview provides exactly the right setting for this. Conversations here arise not only between program items, but also through direct exchange with other participants, speakers, and exhibitors. As mentioned above, some of our partners will also be represented on site, which makes us all the more pleased to seek dialogue, deepen the exchange, and accompany and support our partners as part of the event.
It is precisely these conversations that enable the community to share individual experiences, get to know different perspectives, and reflect on shared topics in a larger group.

Serview creates a setting in which learning takes place not only through content, but primarily through shared exchange. Impressions from the program, conversations at the booths, and discussions with other participants are actively taken on board at Blueponte and incorporated into our future way of working.
