That is precisely why we are very pleased to be on site again this year as participants and to be part of the exchange. The event is aimed at specialists and managers who do not view service management in isolation, but in the SIAM context. This means thinking further about the interplay of organisations, partners, and technology. Practical impulses, honest discussions, and an exchange on equal footing are on the agenda.    <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What the event is about<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>&#8220;Next Level Service Management\u00e2\u20ac\u009d addresses various key questions that many organisations are facing, for example:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How can services be managed reliably in complex supply chains?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What role does SIAM play in modern operating models?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How can collaboration succeed when responsibility is distributed across multiple partners?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>The event offers the community not only professional input, but also space for discussions, sharing experiences, and thinking ahead together.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why we are looking forward to attending<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>For us, the Glenfis Event is a valuable opportunity to talk with like-minded people and gain new perspectives. The personal exchange\u00e2\u20ac\u201dsharing experiences and reflecting on challenges\u00e2\u20ac\u201dis the central aspect for us. <\/p>\n\n<p>Events like this create a setting in which conversations emerge that go beyond presentations\u00e2\u20ac\u201dsuddenly the discussions are open, practical, and shaped by personal experience.<\/p>\n\n<p>We are also especially pleased that our software partner Lomnido is supporting the event this year as a sponsor. The presence of partners with whom we work closely makes the exchange even more valuable for us. <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, one of our customers, the Canton of Lucerne, will also be represented on site by an employee. A presentation on digital administration, ITSM, and AI in the Canton of Lucerne will provide practical insights. Contributions like these show participants how service management, SIAM, and digital administration are put into practice in concrete terms.  <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>We are looking forward to the Glenfis Event <\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>We look forward to meeting familiar faces, making new contacts, and taking away exciting impulses from the Glenfis Event.
